The Saude was a 325gt Norwegian coastal steamer built in Stavanger in 1897. She measured 40x6x3 metres. She collided with the German submarine U1052 in November 1944 and sank rapidly without loss casualties.

The wreck lies at the foot of a steep slope in 35-40m. She is upside down but reasonably intact , apart from the collision damage at the bows. The tide can be quite strong over the site, so slack water is recommended. The wreck can be dived from the shore.
