Getting there

BY ROAD
Oban is situated about 100 miles north west of Glasgow. From
Glasgow take the M8 to Erskine Bridge. Follow the A82 along Loch Lomond to Crianlarich then take A85 to Oban. Alternative route via Stirling, the A84 to Lochearnhead and A85 to Oban.
 
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Oban is reasonably well served by buses and trains from Glasgow,
Fort William and Inverness.
